These terms govern your use of AI Business Builder, operated by J T Hunt Enterprises LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to them.

What you receive

Our products are downloadable educational prompt libraries. Access is delivered digitally to the account you purchased with, and appears in your library immediately after a successful payment.

Business results disclaimer

Educational product. Nothing here promises or implies sales, income, clients, profit, audience growth or any specific result. Any prices, numbers or examples inside the prompts are planning aids only. Your results depend on your own work, market and decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Sharing your account to give others access to purchased files is not permitted.

Licence

Your use of the files is governed by the Customer License. You may use the prompts for your own business and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or claim PLR or MRR rights.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Prices are shown before checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the products for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes, and do not misrepresent AI-generated output as professional legal, medical, tax or financial advice.

Availability and changes

We may update products, prices or these terms. Material changes apply going forward, not to purchases already completed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
