Refund Policy

Digital products

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so access cannot be returned. If a file will not download, is corrupted, or is not what the product page described, contact us and we will fix the problem or refund the purchase.

How to request a refund

Email info@jthuntenterprises.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the issue. We reply to every request.

What is not refundable

• Requests based on business results, since results depend on your own work and market.
• Duplicate purchases are refunded in full — just tell us.
• Requests where the library has been redistributed in breach of the Customer License.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Product access is removed when a refund is issued.
